Lots to like about this condo. The view is stunning. Really beautiful and I loved that the wall of windows that open up to make the apartment open air. Good ventilation. Very clean.

I have stayed a few times at Dixon's place. It is always well maintained, clean, and organized. The bed is comfortable. The view from the terrace is great. And Dixon is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended!

Pool was nice and when we used it we were the only ones there. Kitchen had the basics we needed to cook breakfast. The host was very responsive and helpful with an early check in. We had such a great time at Dixon’s condo! The view was spectacular and the area had so much to do. It was just a short walk down to the beach. Dixon also offered us lots of great recommendations for spots to go nearby and he was very good with communication. We felt very comfortable and taken care of.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and we loved the wall of glass that completely slides away and the terrace becomes part of your living space. From the bed you look to the sea. The moonlight shimmering on the water was one of those moments to remember. Looking forward to a return visit.

This is my second time staying at Dixon's condo. The location is excellent: minutes from the beach. There is a balcony with a view of the ocean, and the apartment is perfect for relaxing and working.

Dixon is very prompt with communication, and friendly. The internet had a glitch, but that was not his fault, and he provided an alternative upon hearing about the trouble. Great place.

I love this Airbnb. It was our second time staying there and planning for a third. Dixon’s place has everything we need and more for that comfy home away from home feel. Perfect for all my family’s needs. Dixon’s communication and hospitality is superb before and during our stay. His place is clean, in a beautiful neighborhood, amazing balcony to take in the surrounding views, and a comfy bed at the end of the day. The location is excellent - walking distance to the Zona Romántica with it’s many restaurants, shops and easy access to the Malecón. There are some stairs involved as it is located higher up on the hill for those awesome views but so very worth it and my family loves the exercise. We can’t wait to come back again!

We loved the view and layout — especially the balcony overlooking the city and ocean. Well appointed, comfortable bed, and a short walk to the beach. If you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you as it’s a steep walk down either a busy street or a staircase. But if that’s not an issue for you it’s very handy and worth it for the view and relative peace and quiet. Overall a terrific stay!

Dixon was a fantastic host, he was incredibly helpful throughout the stay, and very communicative. The unit was beautiful, quick walk down the stairs into town and the beach and the view was great!

The Zona Romantica is a great area of Puerto Vallarta to visit and Dixon’s place is positioned to enjoy it. There is even a funicular to aid in going up and down the hill. The bed is comfortable and the view from the balcony is exceptional. The price is fair and communication is fast and easy.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Dixon's condo. He was extremely helpful and responsive before and during our visit and answered questions instantly. The unit is laid out well with a beautiful view of the sea and great sliding doors that open all the way across the wall.

The bed is very comfortable and the AC works like a champ. The property is very peaceful and quiet except for a few nearby roosters that do their cockadoodling quite early.

The location might be a bit challenging if you have mobility issues since you need to walk down the hill a bit to get into town either by stairs nearby the property (watch your step) or by walking down the road about a quarter mile a little longer route past the convenience store. Taxis and Ubers are very inexpensive though! The pool is a nice feature too. We had a great week and hit a lot of the awesome restaurants around town. Don't miss Tuna Azul and Barcelons Tapas.

What an amazing place. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, and the view of the bay is simply breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony with the breeze coming in off the water as we ate our dinner was just magical. On top of all that, Dixon is an outstanding host—friendly, communicative, and well-attuned to the needs of his guests. He made the whole experience even that much better. Thank you, Dixon!

Dixon went above and beyond for us during our stay. He communicated often and even sent me a list of recommended restaurants. We had a little trouble finding the place, so when I reached out to Dixon during our Uber ride there, he drew a helpful map to show us how to get there. Ps: The Uber map shows the driver to go through the back, but there is no access that way, so you need to direct them to take you to the address along the 200 hwy, since that’s where the entrance is.
It was easy to check in, and my boyfriend and both felt very safe. The studio condo has a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach and zona romántica. The unit itself is a few flight of stairs down from where you enter, so prepare yourself for steps. The microwave and fridge came in handy for our takeout food. We were here when the Category 4 Hurricane Roslyn was expected, and Dixon let us know that the businesses would be closing at 7pm and that was super helpful because we probably would have made a trip to town totally unaware of that. The hurricane brought on a lot of rain, but other than that things were good. There’s also a tv with Netflix and prime and stuff, so staying in for the night wasn’t bad at all. Thank you again Dixon por todo! We enjoyed our stay very much! 🙂

Amazing views, very comfortable. Up the hill but not far so still able to get to main streets and beach with in a few minute walk. Also a funicular is around corner which helped when we didn’t want to walk the hill. Oxxo, farmacia and liquor store are just a block away. The host even connected us to a great private affordable driver.

We had a great time! The views were incredible. The apartment is centrally located. It was easy to come and go. Dixon was helpful and gave us recommendations. We loved Puerto Vallarta and we will be back! We shared a few small issues with Dixon but we are confident they will be addressed. We had a great time.

Absolutely lovely apartment! The view is soul-renewing. The apartment itself has just what you need to be comfortable, the balcony was my favorite spot, overlooking la zona romantica and it’s beautiful beaches. Dixon was super helpful and a great host. The building itself is adorable and well kept, very secure and close enough to the action while still being quietly and peacefully removed. Loved it!

Great condo just up the hill from the romantic zone in Puerto Vallarta. Stays cool and dry even without the ac running. Great view from the balcony and close to wonderful restaurants and bars. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay near the Romantic Zone and a good little walk to the beach. The studio had everything we needed and the view was the best part!

This place was perfect for our vacation; the place was cozy and comfortable, had good little additions that made a difference (purified water faucet, extendable tv wall mount, Netflix), and the view is incredible. The pool was excellent as well. It was a bit of a walk to get to the downtown area but nothing we couldn’t handle. Would definitely want to come back here again!

Our second time staying at Dixon’s apartment, and we’ll absolutely be back again! The apartment offers fantastic walking access into Zona Romántica, but the perks of a quieter neighborhood. Perfect size for a couple, the apartment is clean, has great amenities, and the pool is a perfect escape from the bustle of the beach on a hot day!

This place is AMAZING. Stay here. You won’t regret it. The photos are so accurate— you will have amazing views. We sat on the balcony a lot just soaking in the view. Dixon was a great host- very communicative and gave helpful advice for things to do. This place is tucked away up a hill in a quiet area, but there is a staircase that goes straight down to the beach and lots of activities. I would love to return!

Our host Dixon was an all-star who provided timely responses and support. The room was beautiful and offered stunning views. Our bed was a true king, and very comfortable. The pool was a good way to cool off every night. This was an awesome rental and would gladly stay here the next time I’m in town.

Very beautiful condo with beautiful views! Loved the pool access as well. My personal preference is to be a few steps away from town - this is not it; it's a longer walk which really wouldn't have been an issue except for the high humidity! 😉 Dixon was very communicative and shared some great restaurant recs! Clean well furnished with an amazing view of the ocean which can be enjoyed from the private balcony. Great for a couple's trip to Puerto Vallarta - walk-in shower works great with good pressure and warm water, bed was comfortable, and kitchen with large fridge and stove was very convenient. The place is gated and feels very secure. It is located close to 24/7 convenience stores and there is a staircase that'll take you straight to the beach shore in 5 minutes. Dixon was very accommodating and gave us recommendations for places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!
