Cancellation Policies

While we do not like to see anyone having to cancel their holiday plans, please note that the following cancellation policies would apply:

For reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to check-in date: Full refund issued to guest minus a $50.00 USD service fee

For reservations cancelled 15 – 29 days prior to check-in date: Guest is refunded 50% of total amount paid

For reservations cancelled 14 days or under prior to check-in date: Non-refundable
